01 How quickly do new Google Business reviews appear?
Postproxy pulls reviews hourly for every active, eligible Google Business profile. New records can also trigger profile_comment.created webhooks for your inbox or workflow.
02 Can I edit or delete a customer's review?
No. Businesses can publish, update, and delete their own owner reply, but only the customer or Google can remove the original review. Each Google review supports one owner reply.
03 How do I manage several business locations?
A connected Google account can expose multiple locations as placements. Use placement_id to scope review lists, replies, profile settings, and analytics to the right location.
04 Are all Business Profile fields available for every location?
No. Google gates attributes, services, menus, action links, and other surfaces by category, country, verification, and location eligibility. The API returns clear errors when a surface is unavailable.
05 What period do local analytics cover?
Google Business location snapshots contain trailing 30-day totals for Search and Maps impressions and supported customer actions such as calls, directions, bookings, website clicks, food orders, and menu clicks.
