These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Postproxy (the "Service"), operated by 64Bit Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who Can Use Postproxy
To use Postproxy:
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
- You are responsible for keeping your API keys and credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.
2. What Postproxy Does
Postproxy provides a unified API that helps you publish content to third-party social networks (such as LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and others).
We do not operate these platforms and do not control their behavior, moderation, availability, or API reliability.
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and platform rules.
- Only publish content you have the rights to use.
- Ensure your content complies with each platform's terms, policies, and technical requirements.
- Not use the Service for illegal, misleading, abusive, or harmful content.
- Not abuse, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass limits or safeguards.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish and the outcomes of publication.
4. Platform Dependencies (Important)
Publishing via Postproxy depends on third-party APIs and platforms.
This means:
- Posts may be rejected, delayed, modified, rate-limited, or removed by platforms.
- Platforms may change or revoke API access at any time.
- A "successful" API response does not guarantee that content will be published, stay live, or reach an audience.
We are not responsible for platform-side failures, moderation decisions, outages, or policy changes.
5. API Usage & Limits
- Usage limits, rate limits, and quotas depend on your plan.
- You must not attempt to bypass or exceed these limits.
- Abuse may result in throttling, suspension, or termination without notice.
6. Plans, Billing & Cancellation
- We offer free and paid plans.
- Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled.
- You may cancel at any time via your account.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Failed payments may result in downgraded access or suspension.
7. Content & Data
- You retain ownership of all content you publish via Postproxy.
- You grant us a limited right to process content only to provide the Service.
- We do not pre-moderate content and are not responsible for it.
- You are responsible for keeping your own backups.
We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
- Postproxy and its underlying technology belong to 64Bit Labs UG.
- You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while complying with these Terms.
- You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the Service.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms.
- Your usage creates legal, technical, or reputational risk.
- Required by law or platform providers.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Disclaimer & Liability
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
- We make no guarantees about uptime, delivery success, or platform behavior.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or €100, whichever is higher.
11. Final Notes
- These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us.
- We may update or replace these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice, for example via email or within the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
- German law applies. Jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
